Our Founders
Morgan Smith Immigration is led by co-founder directors Raheel Sarwar and Ana Maria Duque, whose combined immigration-advice experience exceeds 20 years. Their experience spans individual and family immigration casework, business and sponsor licence work, and the practical day-to-day reality of applying the Immigration Rules for real clients — not just the theory of them.
Why We Were Founded
Having worked directly with applicants, employers and HR teams, our founders saw a consistent gap: immigration rules and Home Office guidance change frequently, and the people relying on them — job applicants, families, and the HR teams running sponsor licences — are rarely given clear, practical guidance on what a change actually means for their situation. Morgan Smith Immigration was built to close that gap, combining regulated legal advice with clear, practical communication.

How We Work
We use modern digital immigration systems and case-management tools, and monitor Home Office guidance and Immigration Rules changes on an ongoing basis, so our advice reflects the current rules rather than last year’s. We operate from three offices — two in London and one in Dubai — and our team is multilingual, directly supporting clients in English, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.
