Business Continuity

A contracted immigration service needs to keep running even when something goes wrong. This page sets out how we maintain continuity.

Risks We Plan For

  • IT outages
  • Cyber incidents
  • Premises disruption at any one office
  • Key-person absence

How We Maintain Continuity

Operating from three offices — two in London and one in Dubai — combined with secure remote and digital working, means a disruption at any single location does not stop client work. Case files and client communication are held in cloud-based systems accessible from any secured device, not on local machines tied to one office.

Communication During Disruption

Where a disruption affects our ability to deliver as normal, affected clients and, for contracted work, the commissioning organisation, are kept informed through alternative communication channels.

Recovery Priorities

Client-facing casework and any statutory or Home Office deadlines are treated as the priority for recovery, ahead of internal administrative functions.

Review and Testing

Our business continuity approach is reviewed periodically to reflect how our systems and office footprint actually operate, rather than left as a static document.
