Accessibility

We want our services to be accessible to the people who need them. This page sets out how we support different accessibility and communication needs.

How We Support Accessibility

  • Reasonable adjustments for clients who need them
  • Accessible, plain-English written communication
  • Language support in English, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi, with digital support for other languages — see Languages
  • Remote consultations by phone and video call, for clients who cannot attend in person
  • Alternative communication formats where available
  • Awareness of the additional needs of vulnerable clients

Feedback

If you need an adjustment we have not covered here, or you experience a barrier to accessing our services, tell us and we will do what we reasonably can to address it.
