3.1 Copyright and permitted use
All editorial content on this site (text, images, video, graphics and other material) is the copyright of Morgan Smith Immigration unless otherwise stated. You may view, download and print reasonable extracts of content for your personal, non-commercial use provided you retain all copyright and attribution notices and include a link to the original article. Any other use (including commercial reuse, republication or distribution) requires our prior written permission.
3.2 Images, third-party material and AI-generated works
All images, graphics and other media used on this site are either: (a) owned by Morgan Smith Immigration; (b) used under licence (including royalty-free licences or other specified licences); (c) used with the permission of the rights holder; or (d) public-domain works. Some images, graphics and other media on this site have been generated, materially created or materially adapted using artificial-intelligence tools under the direction and editorial control of Morgan Smith Immigration. Where we have contributed sufficient original human authorship to an AI-generated or edited work (for example by selection, arrangement, substantive editing or other material adaptation), we assert copyright in the resulting edited or derivative work to the extent permitted by applicable law. The use of AI tools does not affect any underlying third-party rights: where an AI-generated or edited work incorporates third-party material we will only use that material where we have obtained an appropriate licence or permission, or where the material is in the public domain. We represent, on reasonable grounds, that we hold the necessary rights, licences or permissions for third-party material used on the site. 3.3 User submissions and licence
By submitting comments, letters, images, or other material to the site you grant Morgan Smith Immigration a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish, reproduce, adapt, modify and otherwise use such submissions in connection with the Services. You must only submit material you are entitled to submit and you remain responsible for the content of any submission.
4. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

Breach of this clause may lead to removal of content, suspension or termination of access and possible reporting to appropriate authorities.

5.1 Where we offer paid subscriptions or premium content, details of pricing, billing, renewal and refund policies will be provided at the point of purchase.
5.2 If you access the Services via a third-party platform (for example Google News, Google Reader’s Revenue Manager, app stores, or payment providers), such third parties may impose fees, charges or terms in addition to our fees. Any fees or charges imposed by third parties are separate from and in addition to fees charged by Morgan Smith Immigration. We are not responsible for fees, payments, billing or disputes arising from third-party platforms.
5.3 If subscriptions or distribution are managed via a third-party service (for example Google Reader’s Revenue Manager), you acknowledge that such services process personal data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies and that we may use your contact details to register and manage your subscription via that service.

6.1 Editorial content on the site is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal advice. You should obtain advice specific to your circumstances before relying on any content.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morgan Smith Immigration excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or reliance on content. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
