A Sponsorship Licence allows companies in the United Kingdom to employ a foreign national who is not a settled worker and does not have immigration permission to work in the UK

As an employer it is mandatory for you to make sure the sponsorship licence is extended in time for renewal if you wish to continue sponsoring skilled workers

Also known as CoS, is a virtual document issued by the Home Office and assigned by the Sponsor to their Skilled Worker. This is a mandatory document when applying for any worker visa in the UK.

The UK Start-up visa is intended for candidates who are new entrepreneurs looking to establish a business in the United Kingdom for the first time. It is not necessary for the applicant to be a university graduate or to have received any initial investment to be eligible for a Start-up Visa

The UK Innovator visa is for experienced business individuals who want to set up a business in the United Kingdom. The applicant will need to have access to at least £50,000 which they intend to or have already invested in their business

You can apply to extend an Innovator visa if you satisfy the eligibility criteria and that you are still operating a business in the United Kingdom with evidence of endorsement and £50,000 investment.

You may be able to extend your leave as an entrepreneur if you meet the eligibility criteria of an established business, two full time jobs and can show investment of funds

If you are a leader or potential leave in either the field of academia or research, arts and culture or digital technology then upon successful endorsement you can apply for a Global Talent Visa.

If you are planning to visit the UK for up to 6 months to attend meetings, interviews, sign contracts, attend fairs, deliver training, installation, or any other work-related activities you will be eligible to apply for a Business Visit Visa.

Your spouse and children can also apply to join you or remain in the UK if they qualify as your dependants. They will be required to submit separate applications. If their visa application is approved, it will expire on the same date as yours
